These Terms & Conditions apply to membership at, and use of, Eagle Square Fitness Centre, 1st Floor, Orchard Avenue, Jogeshwari-Vikhroli Link Road, Panchkutir Ganesh Nagar, Powai, Mumbai 400076. By joining or training with us, you agree to these terms.
Membership plans and prices are as shown on our website and at reception. Membership is personal to you and cannot be transferred unless we agree in writing. Access is for the plan duration you have paid for. We may update prices and plans from time to time; changes will not affect a plan you have already paid for during its term.
Fees are payable in advance for the plan you choose. A free induction is included with membership. Trainer-led personal coaching, where taken, is charged separately as agreed. Please keep your payment receipt.
A complimentary first session or induction is offered to help you get started. It is intended for genuine prospective members and may be limited to one per person.
You confirm you are medically fit to exercise. If you have any health condition, injury or are unsure, please consult a doctor before training and inform our staff. Use equipment as intended and ask a trainer if you are unsure. You train at your own risk, and we are not liable for injury or loss except where caused by our negligence and to the extent required by law.
Please respect other members and staff, re-rack weights, keep the floor clean, and follow reasonable instructions from our team. We may refuse entry or end a membership without refund in cases of unsafe, abusive or repeatedly disruptive behaviour. Please look after your belongings; we are not responsible for items lost or stolen on the premises.
Opening hours are displayed at the gym and may change on holidays or for maintenance. We will make reasonable efforts to inform members of any changes.
